Our clients’ farms market grain through Velcourt Marketing Services; a unique marketing vehicle set up through ajoint venture with Openfield, the UK’s largest farmer-owned co-operative. Our managed farm businesses receive daily market updates insightful market reports each month from Openfield and the reassurance that strategic marketing decisions are made on the basis of recommendations from a respected, independent source.
The scale of the farms we manage and advise on enables us to negotiate highly competitive terms when we purchase inputs, fuel and hire machinery. These cost savings are passed on directly to our clients’ farms.
